Cheesey Potatoes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • 2 pounds frozen Hash Browns (Southern Country style)
  • 1 cup of and
  • 1/3 pound of Velveeta
  • pound grated sharp cheddar
  • 1 stick of butter

Melt the butter, cheese and and in large pan and be careful not to scorch. Pour over thawed hashbrowns in a 9x13 pan and let stand for at least an hour. Season with pepper. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
